Ric has introduced process visibility and business process management desktop software to major corporate clients.  Ric has 15 years experience in business develoment and consulting in the process improvement and process management areas. He is an original member of the Optima team which joined Micrografx. He believes any individual in an enterprise responsible for processes and/or people should be knowledgeable in applying "what-if" process planning techniques to their work environment.

Ric's work in process management and strategy management has included training, presentations, and assisting customers and consultants to apply Y-Change, Optima and/or iGrafx Process in their process visibility and process management focused projects.  Some of his recent customer experience includes telecommunications, data processing, manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceutical, finance, sales, supply chain, Six Sigma and distribution projects.
